1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Census Wealth ("Census," the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for loss or misuse resulting from your failure to secure your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the rights of others or use the Service for fraud or illegal activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in accordance with the pricing displayed at signup or on our website. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. CENSUS IS NOT A TAX, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVISOR; CONTENT AND INSIGHTS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN TAX AND FINANCIAL DECISIONS.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
